Parenting is wonderful.
Apparently.
Nobody mentions the arguments, the exhaustion, the completely ridiculous situations you find yourself in or the number of times you wonder whether you’re the only person whose family seems to operate in a permanent state of chaos.
Parents’ Evening — No Filter Nicki is a live, comedy-led storytelling show about the realities of being a parent, particularly when neurodivergence is part of family life.
Expect funny stories, relatable disasters, some uncomfortable truths and those wonderful moments when you realise you’re not the only one thinking, “What the actual fuck?”
There’ll be laughter, a few emotional moments and absolutely no judgement.
This isn’t a parenting course. It’s a night out for parents who deserve a bloody good laugh.
The show is currently in development, with plans for live performances, festivals and a future UK tour.
